You can be the Victim or Victor in your “Network Marketing Opportunity”

There are far too many people that get involved in a “Network Marketing Opportunity” with the desire to succeed only to let themselves decide to play the role of a victim. The fact is no matter what you are doing in your life you can decide whether you want to be the victim or the victor and it’s as simple as making the decision and then taking the appropriate action.

An excuse equals failure in a “Network Marketing Opportunity”

One of the biggest excuses you hear people using for their failure in a “Network Marketing Opportunity” is that they did not receive the help they needed from their sponsor. While I admit having the perfect sponsor would be nice you have to realize they are probably going through the exact same trials that you are so the first thing you should do is contact your opportunity and ask for the contact information of leaders in your upline.

Ask yourself why you and so many other people join a “Network Marketing Opportunity”? I believe the reason is we all believe in the concept of people helping people achieve success, but the reality  is when we are just starting out we are lacking the skills to achieve success and while we have the desire to help others we don’t like appearing to be inferior by asking for help .

If you cannot locate anyone that is willing to help you learn the skills in your opportunity and truly believe in the opportunity that you are involved in search for leaders in other opportunities and ask for their help.

A Victim will never be successful in a “Network Marketing Opportunity”

There are plenty of people that join an opportunity believing or expecting their downline to be created for them and that is simply not realistic.  If you are one of those people that believe your downline is going to be created for you, and you are blaming your sponsor for your failure, and refuse to learn the skills necessary to become successful then be prepared to be a victim.

You have to realize the reason you are not succeeding in a “Network Marketing Opportunity” is the fact that you lack the necessary skills.  I believe we can all agree that a medical doctor is smart right? But how successful would a regular MD be at performing brain surgery? Could you see the doctor that you visit for the flu or bronchitis operating on your brain? The only difference between a regular MD and a brain surgeon is the brain surgeon has more skills that he received from more education.

Decide to be the victor and get the skills you need to succeed and to continue to succeeding.
