Setting goals for what you want to achieve is very important and it is equally important to map out what you want to accomplish in the month ahead for your “Network Marketing Opportunity”. The fact is if you are busy and successful at growing your downline then you need to be aware of who may need your help in achieving a rank that will keep them active in your opportunity.

There will always be people that will need your help and contrary to a lot of people’s belief they are not all lazy. At the start of each month you should visit the back office of your “Network Marketing Opportunity” and closely look at how your downline is structured and then develop a strategy that assists your downline in a way that is also beneficial to everyone on your team.

Every “Network Marketing Opportunity” should have a strategy that every member uses to build their downline. Within the opportunity that I am apart of we teach a very simple, but a very effective strategy that everyone can and should use.  We call it the power of two and you start off by recruiting two new executives and then teaching them to do the same. This method may seem slow and while you can recruit as many as you want you have to appreciate the leverage that can be generated when every member in your downline is working towards at least two new members every month.

The power of two may seem to simple, but setting a goal that is to high will discourage membersweigh your network marketing optionswhen they are unable to obtain the goal leaving many to quit.

Weigh your options in your “Network Marketing Opportunity”

While the power of two is easy and does work you will want to assist those members who struggle with recruiting and get them to point where you are confident they will remain active. Everyone loves the extra bonuses that you can achieve from recruiting new members and some companies do offer incentives for leaders to help their downline, if they don’t you may want to weigh the short term gain versus long term residual pay.
