Tips To Sleeping Better
Even the most ambitious people find it difficult to wake up early in the morning so here are some tips that will help you to rise and shine.
Prior to going to bed think only of good thoughts, and write a note and place it where it will be the first thing you see in the morning to remind yourself of something that you have to look forward to that is fun or exciting. Remember to keep your room temperature between 60 and 70 degrees, a warm room may feel great and help you to go to sleep faster, but it will help you to feel groggy in the morning.
When the alarm goes off get up! Remember the old saying that if you snooze you lose, so don’t hit that snooze button. The big reason is that your brain won’t let you fall into a more restful sleep because it realizes in a few minutes you will be awaken again, so you end up waking up tired.
After you have waken up and seen the note you have left for yourself take time to visualize your day this will help energize and motivate you.
Drink a tall glass of water to replenish the fluid your body lost overnight and it will help you feel more alert and give you an extra energy.
