Sleepless in America

Sleep loss is a growing problem in America. In a poll that was
done in 2002 less than 30% of the adults polled said they were
getting 8 hours of sleep or more during the week nights, and
only 52% reported they were getting 8 hours of sleep per night
on the weekends. Sleeping disorders were a common problem like
difficulty falling asleep, waking a lot during the night, waking
up too early and not being able to get back to sleep, and waking
up feeling unrefreshed. Anyone that has sleep disorders lasting
a couple of weeks should see their doctor to find the cause or a
solution.
If you are having problems sleeping try writing down how you
are feeling before going to bed, a lot of times we are worried,
mad, and upset and if you are having these types of feelings,
change your thinking. If you are having problems controling your
thoughts maybe invest in the movie THE SECRET and discover that
